Both the downstairs and upstairs living rooms are provided with an open fireplace and a double sofa bed.
The 2 apartments are divided by an electric wooden door that blocks the entrance of the staircase to the upstairs apartment.
The many doors opening out onto all different parts of the garden/olive grove that surrounds the property, the outdoor Jacuzzi set amidst the olive trees overlooking the old castle walls and the marvellous Umbrian landscape, all combine to make this a truly exceptional property.
