A charming former farmhouse, lovingly restored over the years by the present owners, this stone house is just a few minutes from the town of Trevi in Umbria.  The house has a very panoramic south-west facing garden and terrace from which one can enjoy a wonderful view over the Spoleto valley with its numerous mediaeval towns in the distance. The main house has a spacious living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a pantry, 3 bedrooms and 1 study room, 1 bathroom, and 1 toilet.  On the ground floor there is a studio/guest apartment, with 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. On the same level there is a large 'cantina' (which could also be converted into living space) with a cave, ideal for wine preserving. In the garden there is an annex with a toilet. Traditional materials, such as terracotta floor and roof tiles, have been used throughout the property.
Access is good and there is also some extra land with olive and fruit trees.
