VILLA TREVI - restored stone house in the region of Umbria, Italy

A charming former farmhouse, lovingly restored over the years by the present owners, this stone house is just a few minutes from the town of Trevi in Umbria.  The house has a very panoramic south-west facing garden and terrace from which one can enjoy a wonderful view over the Spoleto valley with its numerous mediaeval towns in the distance. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 1 study room, 1 bathroom, 1 living room and 1 kitchen.  An extra apartment has been created on the ground floor to be used as a guest house or a studio. In the restoration of this property, all the original materials, such as terracotta floor and roof tiles, were preserved.
Access is good and there is also some land with olive and fruit trees.
