A former farmhouse, restored and divided into 3 independent apartments, one on each floor, and 2 annexes. The first floor apartment has been completely restored, while for the ground floor and the top floor apartments the finishing works are to be completed.

Situated in one of the most charming areas in Umbria, the mediaeval town of Montefalco is only 2 kms away. The property is easily accessible, and conveniently located close to Spello, Assisi  and Perugia. The nearest airport is in Perugia, which hosts domestic flights as well as Ryan Air flights to/from London. There are good train connections to Rome Fiumicino and Ciampino airports which are about 120 kms.
