Listed among the most beautiful mediaeval villages in Italy, Vallo di Nera is a stunning village only 15 mins from the town centre of Spoleto, in Umbria. This very elegant portion of a stone house with its own private garden overlooking the castle is on 3 floors, and it has been restored to a builder’s finish. The whole house has been strengthened and seismic-proofed. It is 150 square metres in total. The finishing works will be carried out according to the buyers’ specifications.
